[Night, and a campfire outside of town, in the lightly forested scrubland of the Neloi Flats. A good rendezvous point for a ragtag bunch of abductees; a point of interest for any stragglers, where fellow otherworlders can be found.

Just follow the smell of cooking meat. There's...there's a lot of it.

And while you're all feeding yourselves, there's a lot to talk about. For instance: who the fuck were the people that brought everyone here? What did they want? Who's interested in finding a way back home, and what's the best way to tackle that question? Where will everyone stay? How will everyone get along in this place?

Flicks his eyes up from them to the girl with a "hmmm..." and starts to shake his head, in a relaxed weaving motion before straightening up.]

Nnno, I don't think I've seen any monsters quite like those at all. Let alone ones you needed to summon to see.

[His brow roofs, and his smile takes on a knowing look - though knowing what isn't... clear, even on his own end.]

Then again, I suppose, here I am. A monster who's been summoned, that is.

Oh. [Wait. One second-Reira folds the cards back up only to blink, before looking up. First-'you've met monsters?' comes to mind. But then-] ...You're a 'monster'..?!

[Hm? After a moment of holding his expression relatively neutral, he starts to chuckle a bit - assuringly, as he hears it in his head.]

There's a very good reason for that, honey! I am a robot, after all!

[Except that from a certain point of view, no, he himself actually isn't. But he hasn't brought that up his whole career - why start now?]

Made of magic just like any other monster - [Snaps a finger.] - plus, well, a bit more metal.
